In response to the current situation with the Coronavirus, our ECX business meetings are moving online until further notice.
From Friday 20th March all of our scheduled business breakfast meetings will now be held online via Zoom.
The safety and wellbeing of our members, guests, and leadership teams is paramount. And this has been our top priority over the past week or so as things have developed. All meetings and events were suspended last week while we looked to move everything over to an online set-up using Zoom. We will be testing out the meeting structure this week ready to launch the first full meeting this coming Friday for our Farnborough group.
These are unprecidented times. There is much uncertainty for all businesses and the self-employed so we are keen to continue offering those important connections to help and support the business community.
What happens next?
For those booked in to attend, an email invitation will be sent out the afternoon before each event. Meetings will then run from 7am through to 8.30am with the adapted structure. There will of course be opportunities to promote your business, make connections, and exchange contact details as normal. After the meetings we will send out full information so that you can connect further (with all attendees permission of course).
ECX goes ZOOM
As our business meetings are moving online you will need a Zoom account to attend. To download and set this up please visit their site Zoom.us
Although we can’t meet face to face we are sure that this new version of ECX will still give everyone the support, connection, and community feel that we have always had.
All events are still visible here on the website, with updated Eventbrite listings reflecting the new online set-up. However, the event listings themselves will still show as per face to face meetings for the moment.
See you online
We look forward to seeing you all online, looking fabulous in the comfort of your own home, very soon.
